The "Plan" proposes that by 2025, the development environment of the whole industry chain of new energy ships will be continuously optimized, with the R&D and design capabilities of new energy ships and key core equipment, and the formation of core equipment supply capabilities; We will build at least five new energy ship types that lead the market and are suitable for the market, develop a number of pilot and demonstration projects for new energy ships, and promote the construction of new energy ship routes. A number of standards will be introduced to guide the high-quality development of the entire ship industry chain.



2023年当前阶段，积极推动发展电动船舶，完成700TEU纯电动集装箱船、5400HP纯电动港作拖船示范项目，推广连云港港4000HP纯电动拖船的示范应用；完成18000载重吨甲醇双燃料Ⅱ型化学品船、16000TEU甲醇双燃料集装箱船的设计方案；重点推进相关示范项目配套的充换电场站设施建设。 2025年，探索试点燃料电池和甲醇动力船舶，实现内河纯电动运输船舶发展规模、应用实效全国领先，完成18000载重吨甲醇双燃料Ⅱ型化学品船、16000TEU甲醇双燃料集装箱船、36000立方液化乙烯（LEG）新能源双燃料船的交付和应用，实现国内首台甲醇双燃料大型主机实船应用，推动建立一批新能源船舶绿色智能创新示范区。

In 2024, liquefied natural gas (LNG) powered vessels, "fuel + battery" hybrid vessels, 120TEU pure electric container ships in the northern Jiangsu section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal will be put into pilot operation, and 120TEU pure electric container ships in Taicang Port will be promoted for demonstration application; To carry out the construction of 18,000 DWT methanol dual-fuel type II chemical tanker, 16,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container ship, 40,000 cubic meters liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)/liquid ammonia new energy dual-fuel tanker; Complete the construction of Lianyungang pure electric ship industry demonstration zone, and form the capacity of mass construction of new energy ships. Demonstration application of pure electric tugboats in Nanjing Port was carried out.

By 2025, we will explore pilot fuel cell and methanol-powered vessels, achieve the development scale and application effectiveness of inland river pure electric transport vessels leading the country, and complete the delivery and application of 18,000 DWT methanol dual-fuel type II chemical tanker, 16,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container ship, and 36,000 cubic meters liquefied ethylene (LEG) new energy dual-fuel tanker. Realize the application of the first methanol dual-fuel large mainframe ship in China, and promote the establishment of a number of green intelligent innovation demonstration zones for new energy ships.
