1. Routine inspection
● Leakage check: Observe whether there is fluid leakage in the heat exchanger flange, plate sealing groove and import and export pipeline (especially in the gasket sealing area).
● Parameter monitoring: record import and export temperature, pressure and flow, abnormal fluctuations may indicate blockage or internal leakage.
● Vibration and noise: abnormal sound indicates loosening of the plate or fluid impact (need to check the fastening bolts and process design).
2, regular maintenance
● Disassembly and cleaning: Disassemble the plate every 6-12 months to remove scale, oil and Marine biological attachments (ultrasonic cleaning or low-pressure steam is recommended).
Gasket replacement: Rubber gasket replacement every 3 years, metal gasket to check the elastic deformation (compression rate should be controlled at 15%-20%).
● Anti-corrosion treatment: The seawater side plate should be coated with Teflon or zinc-based coating, and the freshwater side should be regularly tested for pH value (when pH<7, corrosion inhibitor should be added).
3. Preventive maintenance
● Water quality management: Control the hardness of cooling water (<200ppm CaCO₃) and chloride content (<500ppm) to avoid corrosion and perforation of the board.
● Pressure test: hydraulic test of 1.5 times working pressure is carried out every year, and pressure is maintained for 30 minutes without leakage.
